CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Hands of Knowledge we request 24 hours notice for all rescheduled appointments and cancellations.
If you simply forget your appointment or don't show up then we see this as a missed opportunity for another person needing an appointment, you also miss out on your treatment and we are out of pocket.
Therefore we feel that the cost of the missed appointment is your responsibility. We ask that you pay for the missed appointment unless you can fill the appointment with another person.
